Corn Allergy Symptoms

Corn Allergy Symptoms are like many other allergy symptoms. The easiest way to know if you are allergic to corn is to get an allergy test. Another great way to see if you are allergic to corn is to write down every thing you eat and how you feel. However, because corn is in practically every processed food, it is difficult to pin down. It is my belief that many people in America suffer from corn allergies and don't even know it.

Some people have different reactions. My son and I are both allergic to corn. My ankles swell up terribly if I eat corn or corn derivatives. I know many people say you can't be allergic to corn syrup for example, because the protein is gone. But I challenge them all to tell me why my ankles swell suddenly and I feel like I am going to pass out whenever I eat anything with corn in it.

Please share your corn experiences with me so I can add symptoms to the list. Together, we can help others who may be suffering needlessly!
